Squirrel Diet Update


I have completed 3 weeks of weight watchers!!! Three weeks with no pizza or fries or chips!!

Last week I made a point to drink more water, go to the gym 5 days out of the week and do more stuff around the house before watching TV.

Last weeks favorite meal I cooked:

Sunday -
Turkey Burger with sauteed onions and mushroom, a slice of WW cheese and crisp lettuce on a toasted roll with a side of corn. I think I should go on Top Chef!! Yum!

Grand Total Lost: 6.6 pounds

gak - I could never survive. Pizza is critical to my inner being. I'd have to give up breakfast and lunch.

I do applaud you efforts however.
